Our story
We made this for our own kids.
We speak Punjabi and English at home, and switch between them easily. But we live in an English-speaking world, so English is often the language we reach for first.
That is the world our kids are growing up in. We want Punjabi to feel familiar while they are young—so it is a language they can understand and speak, not one that feels new later.

Does my child need to understand Punjabi already?
No. Some children understand lots but reply in English; others are just beginning. Boli Buddies is made to help Punjabi feel familiar from the start.
Does my child need a perfect Punjabi accent?
No. The aim is connection, not perfect pronunciation. Every word they try is a way into the conversation.
Is this a full language course?
No. Boli Buddies uses repeated exposure and parent reinforcement to help Punjabi feel familiar and easier to use in conversation.
Who is Boli Buddies for?
For parents raising children where Punjabi is not the main language around them and who want it to feel familiar from an early age. It is designed for ages 2–8.
